• Providing efficient management and administration; by upholding NIA’s standards in the operations of data and biometrics identification system• Overseeing the operations of the NIA District office and collating facilities in the district• Providing input for the development of budget and procurement plans for the District• Organising and implementing capacity building training activities for staff in the District• Community sensitization, applicants’ arbitrations, investigation and reporting on core activities of ECOWAS/Ghana card to the Regional Registration Officer (R.R.O)• Collaborating with MMDAs to ensure effective implementation of registration activities in the District, Institutional Heads and Property owners of the NIA office • Developing communication strategy for radio content and television programmed via Information, Education and Communication (I.E.C)

• Executive Secretary (casual) - script editing, minutes and booking of appointments• Writing of Introductory & Proposal letters to prospective donors• Organizing daily activities; itineraries and assisting in setting up new office container• Inventory and Stock taking of items donated by benefactors• Communication Marketing & Sales

• Weekly and monthly reports with recommendations to the Project Lead Consultant• Writing, editing/proofreading of proposal & financial due diligence and company profiles• Research on capacity building programs and prospective clients for bespoke• Scheduling of training or work plan with gnatt chart tools• Staff Coaching & Negotiation of business leads to close prospective deals
