The migration will rehost, relocate, replatform and redeploy applications onto a mix of GCE/GCVE solutions. This, ultimately, will allow HMH to modernize and optimize workloads to enhance the care provided to patients.

-Contracted to Google-Technical Project Manager for Enterprise Data Migrations to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).-(4) Separate Google Customers. Industries included Healthcare, Flight Management Software, Pharmaceuticals, Cellular Communications and Retail. -Oversaw Cloud Migration efforts for multiple key Google Customers. -Responsible for communications and relationships with Google and Customer executive sponsors.Accomplishments: -Led Program to move 40 legacy systems to GCVE using BYOIP, originally descoped by other services integrator and thought to be impossible. -Responsible for SOW creation and execution for contracts in excess of $2.5 million. -Drove creation and delivery of multiple Foundational Architecture documents for GCP environments. -Led technical discovery and solutioning for GCP environment applying best practices for data migration planning. -Managed multiple concurrent works streams, consisting of uniquely skilled tech teams. -Provided oversight, guidance and mentoring for PMO

Utilizing offshore, managed services model, supporting new development, upgrades and integrations for multiple websites, ERP’s and distribution centers.Managed Cross Functional teams across the full suite of Mi9 products. Teams include over 45 developers, consultants, analysts and installations specialists with a combined resource weekly average of over 400 hours.Accomplishments: •Delivered over 40 successful projects to multiple Fortune 50/100/500 companies, with combined contracts of over $10 million. •Identified process gaps for services contract, valued at $1 million annually. Worked with internal and external resources to mitigate issues and streamline processes, resulting in continued contract renewal for increased services, at a higher profit margin.

Managed cost, schedule, and performance of $16 million in annual contracts, for lifecycle sustainment of 4 Logistics Information Systems. ERP based web applications used by 30,000+ Marines worldwide. Developed requirements, planned, coordinated, contracted and executed transportation for personnel and equipment totaling over 150 Million dollars via air, ship, rail and ground transportation in support of 11 worldwide exercises, deployments, and operations on 3 continents and 8 countries; ensured on-time identification and delivery of thousands of personnel and pieces equipment for effective support. Oversight of all day to day maintenance, facilities and transportation efforts.Accomplishments:• Led 16 team members in assembly, transportation and operations activities. • Directed support for 1250 US and 920 foreign military personnel for the duration of a 90 day deployment.• Eliminated waste by 45%, by developing internal tracking system to manage critical assets and commodity data.
