As a member of the Healthcare Advisory Services team at ARUP Laboratories I help our clients leverage the clinical laboratory to improve patient care, increase efficiency, and grow their business. Our consulting engagements are primarily focused in three areas - laboratory stewardship, laboratory operations, and outreach growth. In addition to traditional consulting, we develop analytics tools for our clients that give them insight into their testing patterns and make recommendations for improvement by utilizing ARUP's extensive clinical knowledge.
