Experienced Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist with eight years in managed care credentialing, working for a Physician Hospital Organization (PHO) in Northwest Arkansas with an additional two years of privileging experience in a Medical Staff Services environment. Responsibilities in my current role have included initial credentialing, re-credentialing, provider enrollment, maintenance of provider rosters, and interaction with the payers we contract with regarding network issues. I have seen the PHO grow from approximately 535 providers when I was first hired to nearly 1000 providers today, in an ever-changing, rapidly growing healthcare environment.
