• Provide Implementation Services to Customers• Configure Ceridian application to meet customer’s business requirements• Develop SQL database scripts and XML transformations for integrations and interfaces• Contribute to internal knowledge share; review posted feedback on a continuous basis• Complete new release training on a timely basis; be fully versed on new and/or enhancedfunctionality in each product release

• Utilising internal system (Clik) to organise customer information;• Managing appointments and dairies of employees• Monitoring office supplies• Utilising office software (Excel, Word and Outlook)• Dealing with all maintenance issues of property managed by swift• Managing engineers • Carrying out property inspections (snagging, Inventory)

• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services• Organising onsite maintenance teams• Taking calls and helping with queries• Showing clients Properties

• Reaching out to potential new clients by phone, email and social networking sites to promote different packages that might be of interest to them• To onboard new clients, build long lasting relationships and manage their account to the point of renewal
