Build project charter & plan & secure resources needed and procure needed Infra (Virtual/Physical), Software/Programs and Licenses. Drive the team and the milestones through Agile with Kanban (App Development & Transformation) and Scrum (App Cloud Migration % Infra Build) ensuring that projects/programs are delivered on time and on budget.
