With over thirty years of experience, in the special needs and special education fields, I have trained hundreds of consumers, clients and students in daily living skills, vocational skills and social skills, in all levels of public education, state agencies and vocational training at the secondary level with an emphasis on positive outcomes for all stakeholders. In addition to teaching, my roles in leadership have included recruiting and training team members and staff to become effective teachers by developing classroom environments, policy and vision with high expectations for all students. I bring a very strong passion for the success of all students, as well as for the development of self-worth and productivity in each individual student. I bring high standards in community successes though the development of trusting relationships that are foundational to growth. Trust is key. Relationships are foundational.
