I was a Production Supervisor with Emerson for 20+ years. During that time I gained heavy knowledge of A/C and Refrigeration compressors and Diaphragm Seals used in the oil and chemical industries. I managed multiple assembly processes as well as MIG, TIG and various other welding processes. I became QA certified in all of these processes to ensure that top quality standards were always met. During that time I also became certified in multiple 6 Sigma programs which helped drive continuous improvement as well as high production and quality standards. I then came onboard with Aluma Systems, bringing all of my training and knowledge to a completely different industry. I had great success at the Houston, TX branch which helped drive a new safety culture as well as raised production standards and throughput, helping it become one of the leading Aluma branches in the US. I am now the Operations Manager in Baltimore, MD and have begun applying these same prophecies to help improve, organize and take this branch to the next level of success.
