Create Technical Publications for Collins Aerospace (formerly B/E Aerospace, formerly Rockwell-Collins), for original equipment supplier to Boeing Aircraft CompanyDevelop work processes, templates, and work flows using Framemaker (structured and unstructured)Review engineering changes and provide input on customer impact of those changes, including warranty costs, profit potential, and costs of deployment. Create work instructions for simple to complicated tasks for Aviation Maintenance Technicians in the field, using existing engineering specifications and ATA specifications. Edit and validate documents from Component Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Lists, and T-Files. Write Service Bulletins, Service Letters, instructions and procedure manuals for a variety of audiences.Manage work scheduling and workload for 10+ off-site contractors.

Involved in projects to compile electronic copies of all parts and service documentation of legacy Bucyrus products. Projects include cataloging and scanning paper documents in locations around the US and Germany, converting books from Linkone into online database and downloadable repository, assisting in development of Next Generation SIS, and conversion of files into standardized formats.
