I am responsible for managing the Company's invoicing, accounts receivable, purchasing and accounts payable processes. Key responsibilities include confirming invoice details, managing accounts receivable functions with regard to commissions receipts and applied appropriately in the system in order to manage the payments to our staff and producers. Provides monthly, quarterly and annual reporting on monthly receipts and provides reports to finance & their direct supervisor. Leads team by example at every level of interaction with team members. Below are key responsibilities and categories of my current position.Commissions Producer & Staff Support• Promptly books commissions when work is completed according to the company's expected timeframes• Answers questions from producers on statements, as they come in• Maintains up-to-date customer information in customer service system, including complete details for all carriers and producersCommission Booking• Confirms all commissions received promptly and audits reports to follow up with carriers on commissions not received with more than a 60-day gap• Actively audits monthly commissions received to balance against accounts receivable in QuickBooksVerifies that all commission statements are organized, including correct amounts and producer reporting audits are performed monthlyFinancial Reporting• Accurately reviews and documents all commission transactions• Assists with the timely preparation and closing of the monthly reports• Communicates on a weekly basis with the finance team on open items
