Information Technology Business Relationship Manager
CurrentThis role sees myself create, implement and manage various sized projects with benefits directly affecting a portfolio of departments, as well as the entire enterprise. (i.e. Video Conferencing, Windows OS), As well I work with and manage project teams ranging in size from 6 to 25 individuals for various projects. I oversee and am accountable for annual budget recoveries in excess of $30 million. I consult and assist senior directors in the ongoing management of departments IT chargebacks. I act as an advocate for departments in regards to their business requirements to the Technology Service Centre.I engage with Client project team and stakeholders to develop TSC IT scope and deliverables and expectations. I continually assess the organization and environmental factors for impacts to ongoing projects. As well I create positive synergies between departments and TSC divisions to realize IT expectations. As well I act in a Business Relation Manager role in working with departments for their various technological requirements
