Product Line Manager - Power Solutions Group
CurrentOwnership of and full responsibility for battery applications product portfolio and its success and performance, serving as the product owner throughout the product lifecycle. Leading product definition activities by gathering and summarizing customer input to understand their needs. Collaborate with Sales, FAE (Field Application Engineering), Strategic Marketing, and Application Engineering teams to define new solutions. Primary interface with Sales, FAE, and customers, providing information on product roadmaps and identifying new design-in opportunities, including product launches and conducting training sessions for Sales/FAE teams. Developing business cases for new product and technology projects and presenting them to senior management. Collaborating with the applications team to define product requirements based on customer and market needs. Supporting field teams (Sales, FAEs, and Marketing) as required to generate opportunities and drive design-ins. Ownership of approved projects and their associated business cases, including conducting P&L (Profit and Loss) analysis. Setting pricing strategies for the product portfolio.
