I currently manage accounts that promote and sell tobacco products. Responsibilities include the implementation of contracts, selling in new brands, product promotions and special price promotions (SPP). The 3 separate companies, within ALS&D include; and US Tobacco. Territory consists of 160+ accounts that average approximately 10-15 million dollars in annual sales.From 1999 to 2009, increased share of PMUSA brands in territory from 67.2% to 71.9%. From 2008 to 2009 increased share of JMC brands in territory from 20.1% to 26.7%Increased the number of signed PMUSA Retail Leader accounts from 120 in 2005 to 155 in 2009. (98%)In March-April of 2010, signed new retail contracts for all 3 companies in 85% of stores.Key Account Manager for a chain account consisting of 20 gas stations. I handle the contract negotiations directly with the owner and then communicate details out to respective sales managers throughout Southern California.Ongoing management of 2 wholesale clubs assisting with product promotion & new brand distribution to over 500 retail accounts.Currently presiding on a 4-member Frontier Leadership team who reviews nominations and selects award winners from the entire Southern California sales force. Awards are given to personnel who exude creative thinking and reach high levels of success in the business.Assisting in the ongoing implementation of the "WE CARD" program at all accounts and providing retail accounts with information to help promote "Youth Tobacco Prevention".

Responsible for assisting attorneys with the search and retrieval of historical legal information.Improved system of acquiring legal documents by creating and enhancing onsite database that allows for prompt access to legal information.Maintained the legal department library including the acquisition and purchase of books and reference materials.

Helped to create and design advertising programs for various automotive companies. Programs then provided dealerships with key information about new vehicles and how to sell them successfully.Launched initial dealership training programs for the sale of the 1997 Escort and Expedition vehicles in California.Organized the introduction and rollout of the 1997 Land Rover Discovery Model. Participated in the simulated training program to build awareness and support dealership understanding.
