Created and implemented a shared vision and strategy driving production quality, repair centers performance, and supplier quality. Improvement was achieved with a focus on operational metrics, process improvement, and quality based variable cost reduction programs.

Managed the development and implementation of Lean Six Sigma to drive productivity, lead time, inventory, and quality improvements.

Led the $30MM Oil and Gas Directional Sensors business. Established product platforms and multi-generational product plans. Developed a vertical sensor technology strategy from OEM sales to fully integrated systems.

Led a multi-site engineering group responsible for sustained product support and new product development of direction drilling equipment. Executed restructuring of the department to focus priorities and resources to achieve results on critical NPI programs. Implemented accountability and sustainable design practices ensuring the long term viability and growth of the product line.
