• Lead Project Manager for the Pershing Client On-Boarding department, successfully managing multiple project teams for several high-level Clients, from initiation to post implementation review delivering wealth and institutional offerings to investment firms.• Ownership and execution of requirements gathering, scope, planning (time & Resource), stage management, risk and issue management, change control, impact assessments and Client, third party & stakeholder management, communications and project reporting.• Creation of business cases, IT functional specification documents, business viability assessments and quantification of deliverable benefits.• Working with the programme lead and Directors to shape, improve and drive the Client On-Boarding business strategy.• Management and mentoring of junior Project Managers, providing training, implementation of best practice and project oversight.• Utilization of Lean Six Sigma methodologies for root cause analysis and the identification and implementation of process and procedural changes to release capacity, increase resiliency and reduce risk.

• Creation, project management and implementation of the Business Process Re-Engineering workstream within Pershing Transformation programme.• Planning through to implementation of operational process & procedural changes including testing management, resource management, risk & issue management, change requests, impact analysis and benefits quantification.• Creation, ownership and maintenance of operational process maps.• Providing daily support to the Programme Manager encompassing document creation, work package, reporting, cost control, scope management and stakeholder relations.• Review and improvement of procedural, control and training materials.• Creation and presentation of weekly stakeholder reporting, MI & analysis.• Calculation of operational capacity for potential on-boarding’s.• Creation of IT functional specification documents for improvement and creation of operational tooling.• Organisation and chairing of kaizen workshops.
