Creative Student Services Officer with experience and a passion for providing high-quality customer service to students at Leeds Beckett University. I help students by delivering appointments, managing or engaging in project work, and training colleagues to match high-quality service standards to enhance student experience. Some examples of this include:- Reducing student withdrawal rates by 4% by delivering appointments and providing expert advice and guidance to over 100+ students.- Onboarded new colleagues and trained 20 student staff to deliver high-quality customer service as an extension of the Student Advice Team using presentations and workshops.- Organised and facilitated a conference for 200 colleagues by creating activities and information and skill sharing sessions to enhance staff and student inclusivity and sense of belonging at Leeds Beckett University.- Managed and co-ordinated the launch of Ask Us Anything to move Student Services towards a centralised student enquiry system with a bank of 500 shared resources.- Collaborated with Student Support Network Teams and all academic schools to create a Trans Inclusive Guide to support our LGBTQ+ community and enhance student sense of belonging and inclusivity.
