Database to function utilizing Smart Assemblies, Item Tables, Formulas, WBS codes, Crews, Rate Tables, and Price Update Codes. Database is maintained using ODBC and Microsoft Access, EOS’ Atlas integration software, Harrisson Publishing House, and Trade.

Generated quantity takeoffs for site work and paving contracts up to $1 million. Performed construction stakeout utilizing AGTEK computer system. Assisted in contract administration for commercial site contracts, and conducted specialized software training towards office personnel and field supervisors.

Performed tasks which involved: wood & metal framing, concrete (forming, reinforcing, placing, and finishing), roofing, mason tending, metal decking, wood trusses, steel bar joists, doors, windows, siding, and trim. All tasks were for a variety of jobs mainly pertaining to small to medium size commercial projects.
