Christopher Renwick has strong understanding of asset management institutional and retail distribution across fixed income, equities, real estate and absolute return.He established the first international distribution arms of two prominent asset managers: Federated Investors Inc, as Senior Executive Officer (UK), and Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Japan’s second largest institutional asset manager, as Head of International Sales and Marketing. He has additionally been Global Head of Sovereign Wealth Funds & Director, Strategic Client Group at Aberdeen Standard Investments.He has significant practical experience of the complexities of cross border and multi-jurisdictional compliance and distribution across Europe, the US, the Middle East and Japan. He is a Non-executive Director at Daymer Bay Capital Ltd, a fast-growth asset management marketing and distribution platform.In his early career Christopher was in fixed income sales and trading roles at Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Mizuho and West LB. Prior to that he served in the British Army. He has a BA (Hons) in Middle East Studies from Durham University.
