Responsibilities for all activities associated with defining, developing and fielding the MIDS system Work collaboratively with the BAE System's F-16 mission system, air vehicle, systems engineering, test and evaluation supplier stakeholders. Carry out the following responsibilities:1. Plan and implement platform data link message and transaction requirements ensuring interoperability with C2 and fighter elements.2. Supported contingency/exercise TDL planning, execution and post analysis to identify and resolve interoperability issues. Conduct quality assurance flight/simulator evaluation on all C2 software builds ensuring functionality met quality checks. Authored mission software difference training guides and HMI worksheets to ensure aircrew understood advanced mission functionality.

Primary advisor to Program Office on acquisition, development, modification and testing of eight E-3 mission simulator devices. Managed training device discrepancy database and multi-command resolution process. Lead operations/engineering test teams while conducting operational tests and assess bit-level message implementation for all devices. Directed ACC Simulator Certifications (SIMCERT) , training capability assessments and acceptance tests. Coordinated E-3 simulator sustainment courses of actions and provide technical reports based on increased capabilities. Conducted concurrency evaluations on E-8 JSTARS training devices baseline functionality and TDL configuration.

Responsible for testing, evaluation and acquisition of all surveillance system and TDL management software aboard the $270 million NATO E-3A AWACS aircraft and on $1.6 billion NATO AWACS Mid-Term (NMT) upgrade program. Performs systems configuration oversight and implements acquisition management initiatives. Provide support to NATO engineering teams and civilian contractors. Defined surveillance systems Initial and Follow-on Operational Test and Evaluation parameters and developed system familiarization training programs for NATO aircrew.
