• Selling Case construction machinery• Assist the country manager in whole good machinery purchases forecasting. • Assisting with the costing of machinery.• Putting together retail offers for customers.• Analysis for management.• Processing of tender applications.• Establish quality control standards and procedures• Seek improvements to be able to boost sales and customer satisfaction.• Assisting with the yearly sales budget.• Monitoring and maintaining standards on machine management system.• Coordinating various demonstration days in key areas.• Assisting in the setting of the marketing budget for the year.• Assisting in controlling marketing activities and measuring them against the budget.

Prepare action plans and call schedules to identify specific target markets and to project the number of contacts to be made. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other Accounts as assigned. Generate Machine Forecasts in line with Group Requirements. Prepare Sales presentations, proposals and sales contracts. Ensure correct Foreign Exchange rates are utilized. Ensure current Transport rates are utilized. Carry out correct Machine handovers with Product Support and Training Departments. Follow up on collection of Payments. Develop and maintain sales materials and product knowledge. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups. Identify and resolve client concerns. Prepare a monthly status report, including market activity, closings, follow-ups and adherence to goals. Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows and Events.
