Prior to joining BuzzPinky, I served as the Business Development Manager for TreatYourSkin, an award-winning UK-based hair and beauty retailer.During my time at TreatYourSkin, I collaborated with the Director to grow the brand portfolio and enhance the company's online presence, resulting in a significant gross turnover increase of 2.5 million over two years. Noteworthy achievements during this period included negotiating a retro agreement with a key supplier valued at 150K, securing premium accounts to expand the brand catalog, and establishing a buying consortium that led to bulk order purchases and monthly sales growth.I also established a Loyalty and Retention partnership with BUPA healthcare and a trading partnership with Tesco Direct in 2014. Additionally, I spearheaded the launch of the own-brand skincare line, Neon and Noble + Cellfade.As part of my role at TreatYourSkin, I assisted the Director in designing, planning, and launching the company's flagship salon. This included salon design and branding, recruitment, setting key objectives, marketing, and assessing the strengths and weaknesses of current and potential competitors.I am a proficient communicator with a keen sense of market needs and an ability to recognize consumer trends early.
