I have joined Aberdein Considine as Head of Commercial Real Estate for England and Wales. I will be based in Edinburgh and Glasgow, specialising in a range of commercial property matters including urban regeneration, mixed use development and letting property to commercial operators. In my previous role I led the retail team on retail letting and development work in England and Wales, was the principal property lawyer for a joint venture company on a £700 million town centre redevelopment project, advised on shopping centre, industrial parks and logistics businesses acquisitions, sales and lettings as well as supporting clients on a healthcare property portfolio in the UK. I also undertook property finance work, general commercial property transactions, corporate support and represented a number of renewable energy providers.
