As a Help Desk Analyst at Apex Systems, I provide technical support and troubleshooting for various clients, using Microsoft 365 administration and security tools. I have successfully resolved multiple issues related to account access, network connectivity, and software updates, ensuring customer satisfaction and system security.I am also pursuing a Cyber & Network Security Bootcamp Certificate from Georgia Tech Boot Camps, where I am learning the fundamentals of cybersecurity, such as SIEM, incident response, vulnerability assessment, and patch management. I have gained hands-on experience with tools such as Splunk and ArcSight, and I am preparing for the CompTIA Security + certification.
