Chris has joined BOSLEY REALESTATE in Niagara on the Lake to bring to Bosley his extensive experience in Commercial Real Estate and combine this with his years of updating residential homes, investing in them and bringing them to new life and look. Chris is actively working on various assignments linked to the growth of business and industry coming to Niagara. GE has chosen Niagara for its highest technology "BRILLIANT" manufacturing facility, bringing high technology to the Peninsula. GO is expanding its commuter services to Niagara and that excitement has already brought commuters to the GTA. The Niagara Peninsula has been discovered by GTA residents, as well as those from across Canada and the Globe as a great place both to live, work and invest, with large numbers of skilled and experienced people moving from Toronto to a new home and in many cases to open a new business or home commute by Internet. This is now a somewhat new role and company for Chris, after many years leading the growth of other commercial real estate companies within Canada. Chris and Colliers goal is to meet with existing clients and new prospects regularly to work with our professionals, at all levels, to enhance the strong Colliers Brand and reputation for focus on highly satisfied client relations, Chris will work with our clients and prospects togain knowledge of their goals and then provide Colliers corporate, focus and support to provide the very highest levels of client satisfaction. Chris will help drive close communication with clients and service teams to better understand goals, needs and client and prospect operating challenges and provide well chosen teams and services to meet those needs and client objectives across Canada. With Colliers International broad and deep capabilities, we provide a wealth of expertise and service as Canada's own and largest commercial real estate services firm. Chris will assist, promote and support our Office, Capital Markets,Retail, Hotel and Industrial transaction teams while also informing the Canadian Business Community of our broad capabilities in valuation, asset management, project management and other property and development services across north America. Responsible to Board for National Organization, Management and Development of DTZ driven services and service providers, enhancing market activity and market share across Canada.Development of national and multi- market business across Canada, enhancement and recognition of the DTZ Global Brand within Canada. Connecting local DTZ offices to cross reference business, community and charity related opportunities and events.Assistance to all DTZ National companies to grow business opportunities in their local markets through promotion, recruiting, arranging events, response to RFP's and other connections to enhance new business.Working with existing clients to increase knowledge of the full range of DTZ services offered globally including Facilities Management, Property Management, Portfolio Management, Capital Asset Management, Valuation and Transaction services for owners and users of occupier facilities globally.Connections in this position utilizes some 40 plus years of experience and recognition within the North American business community and Commercial Real Estate business across North America and beyond.As 2016 draws to an end DTZ, now owner of Cushman and Wakefield, has transitioned into a more corporate controlled market presence across Canada and has chosen some of the DTZ companies to continue with Cushman in select markets. Thus, the DTZ National Association of companies has ended after over 30 years of history together.

Was brought into EAI to assist the existing Management and Sales Teams extend services and revenue into broader markets to include, large scale commercial real estate, retail chains, food service and other substantial users of energy with the goal of reducing energy spend, CO2 emissions and producing a healthy working environment. Responsibility was inclusive of Canada, USA and Mexico. We were quite successful in expanding EAI into a number of new and enhanced accounts including most of the major owners of office buildings and shopping centers across Canada. During this time EAI delivered services largely with in house teams and delivery models. EAI is now moving to a model of consultation, advisory services and advising companies and public sector clients on how to best choose and invoke leading edge and proven technologies into their sustainability and energy mandate.

Appointed as CEO in 2007 when our private company was sold to DTZ Holdings PLC, worked with U K basedHoldings management to steer the ship through the toughest recession of 2008-9. Prior to this role was responsible as past President, J. J. Barnicke and President of our Calgary company in helping to build the Barnicke company into a powerhouse firm of from one office and some 20 people to over 400 with 23 offices across Canada. Took the company with a great team from a fine local firm to one with reach into all North American and International Markets. J. J. Barnicke Limited became one of the greatest names in Canadian Commercial Real Estate Services and Brokerage during my many years, backed by a great and iconic Chairman and many talented Managers and Salesmen recruited and trained into the business. Served over the years in a business building role and in various titles including Senior Vice President of Office Leasing, President and COO.In these roles was also very productive in establishing or teaming to establish national clients needing facilities in Canada and across North America, names that included XEROX, AMERICAN EXPRESS, IBM, LEVI STRAUSS, NORTEL, BELL CANADA, BELL MOBILITY, CANADA WIRE and many more.

Recruited from the U.S. In this role, over close to four years, we built a strong network of sales teams and dealers across Canada. Sales and operations included, business machines, postage handling, filing equipment and personal identification systems. Operation spanned the country from Maritimes to British Columbia with offices in all major cities and manufacturing operations based in Los Angeles and Canada. Our firm was an early provider of all systems that now form the backbone of Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit card services. In second role, served as President of Cellulose Products Group, Downey, California the print division producing Bank Americard, American Express and other identification cards and products. Was responsible for sales to the USA Banking industry and Petroleum industry across the country, a primary market for all credit card based services and technology.
