Oversee manufacture, packaging, and shipping of all Chemsorb products through the effective management of two production employees. As Production Manager, I also refined the manufacturing process in order to increase worker efficiency as well as greatly increasing volume of finished product per day.

As a Field Technician I was responsible for the commissioning, training, and any troubleshooting required in the operation and initial startup of many IEC Thermo H.E.M.P. dryers across the country. While serving as a Field Technician I developed not only many mechanical skills, but also many Customer Care skills as Field Technicians interact directly with customers, often times in very high pressure situations. As a member of the Sales and Marketing Team at IEC Thermo, I have been the member of multiple marketing, sales, and education initiatives. Working on these projects have granted me a proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Teams,and Microsoft Office, as well as broadened my knowledge of social media marketing tactics and how to best use social media as marketing tool.
