12 years of meat and seafood experience, A proven leader with an ability to improve all aspects of sales, quality, and customer service. Started my butcher career in the summer of 2012, love the industry and everything about it. I began my apprenticeship over at citarella before making my way to eataly in the summer of 2014, where i was an artisan for a year and a half. later i moved over to the Brooklyn kitchen where i learned the art of whole animal butchery and later running a small counter, before making my way back to eataly. I was apart of the butcher team that helped open eataly la in the fall of 2017. Later on I was given the opportunity to run the meat seafood program over at eataly dallas in the winter of 2021, where i installed company standards and operations in a new store.. Currently i am in charge of the meat and seafood program over at eataly boston, where i am working towards taking an already established program to the next level
