Service lines included: CIO Strategic Support; Data Center Strategic Planning; IT Audit and Compliance; Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery; Telecom Strategic Planning; and Information Security Support.Established strategic relationships with national/global firms expanding Think-IT’s client reach from regional to national and enabling Think-IT to provide cost effective and comprehensive solutions. Developed and executed multi-phase/multi-year technology strategic roadmaps leading to actionable tactical and strategic plans for successfully delivering technical services to the business. Directed IT Security initiatives, as acting Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), increasing the organization’s IT security controls and enabling them to build up internal skills and resources to support their IT security requirements going forward.Led technology transformations involving the assessment of an organization’s technology functions (people, process & technology) as they relate to their business requirements. These assessments helped determine whether a company’s technology functions were effective, efficient, and focused on the correct business objectives. InfraGard is an information sharing and analysis effort serving the interests and combining the knowledge base of a wide range of members. At its most basic level, InfraGard is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the private sector. InfraGard is an association of businesses, academic institutions, state and local law enforcement agencies, and other participants dedicated to sharing information and intelligence to prevent hostile acts against the United States. InfraGard Chapters are geographically linked with FBI Field Office territories.The goal of InfraGard is to promote ongoing dialogue and timely communication between members and the FBI. InfraGard members gain access to information that enables them to protect their assets and in turn give information to government that facilitates its responsibilities to prevent and address terrorism and other crimes.

Partner with KPMG’s Risk Advisory Services (RAS) practice, with exceptional success in building and managing a practice that was responsible for delivering Technology Advisory Services, including: Business Systems (ERP) Controls, Information Security, Business Continuity Management, Project Management and Sourcing Risk Management; and Audit Support Services evaluating IT Controls for the financial audit and Sarbanes-Oxley Attest requirements.Chris joined KPMG as a member of the Strategic Services Consulting Practice (KPMG Consulting) where he became responsible for the Client/Server Development and IT Architecture practices in the Western Region (Palo Alto, CA) for KPMG Consulting. In 1997 Chris joined KPMG’s Information Risk Management practice to lead the development and delivery of IT Advisory services, including: Information Security, Business Continuity, and Business System Controls. He was the National Services Leader for Business Systems Controls and Business Continuity. In 1999 Chris was elected into the KPMG partnership. He served as the IRM National Industry Director for Energy from 1999-2001 until taking over the Southwest Regional Industrial Markets leadership role from 2001-2003. From 2004 to 2005 he served as the Service Leader for KPMG’s Southwest Region Business Continuity Management and Information Security Services.

Involved in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of securities trading and accounting systems for banks and broker/dealers. Responsible for all phases of design, implementation, documentation, and management of projects.

Involved in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of a commercial securities management and accounting system (FUNDTRAC). Primary responsibilities included the design of modifications to enhance the performance of the current application, while maintaining the existing user interface.

Involved in all phases of the software development life cycle for commercial general accounting “Back Office” applications (financial/banking environment), programmed in VAX MACRO assembly language. Also, involved in the development of a mortgage loan processing and control system and ongoing client support.

Responsible for the development of a cash disbursements system, budgetary system and flexibility zone inquiry system programmed in FORTRAN. The systems required on-line interaction between system and user. Also, involved in the daily management of the system and in the development of a database management system.
