I’m an individual who is passionate about innovation and specializes in aligning this passion with commercial advancement and solving complex business problems. Currently, I lead the Strategy and Operations Teams at Plooto, helping to ensure the organization provides its customers with the best quality services and user experience. Previously, I was the Vice-President, Strategy and Innovation at Auxly Cannabis Group. I helped ensure the organization was at the forefront of the next generation of product innovation and practices. Before that, I was a management consultant at BCG, specializing in the large-scale transformation of global organizations, helping them solve their most complicated operational problems and identify value-creating opportunities. Before that, I was an accomplished academic researcher in Genome Sciences. During my Ph.D., I worked to find innovative ways to produce plant-specialized metabolites with medicinal properties at cost orders of magnitudes lower than chemical synthesis or plant harvesting.
