As the Vice President of Process Development and product architect of the Tersus Solutions AA and BA series of machines, I have a key role in the entire product life cycle of the machines. My core responsibilities include: Design, programming, manufacturing, assembly, functional testing and deployment. I have continually developed ways to optimize each machine and its processes to meet specific customer’s needs, reduce cycle times by 50% and have our product fit into business financial models. Working with aggressive timelines, multiple projects and upgrades simultaneously, I have gained experience tracking deadlines and leading partners to adhere to timelines to pull off very difficult projects. I professionally communicate and negotiate with industry experts and high end customers including Patagonia and the United States Navy, all to successfully deploy promised customized products. I have also worked to deploy our products overseas, introducing the Tersus BA50 to the European market in May of 2016, ensuring that the machine met all relevant CE standards, including the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), Low Voltage Directive, Machinery Directive and Electromagnetic Directive. I am also responsible for the remote connectivity of the equipment to allow Tersus to support and troubleshoot any potential issues. FeyeCon USA specializes in developing technologies that use recycled carbon dioxide to replace many water intensive applications. Carbon dioxide is very versatile and can be used across many industries such as textile cleaning, pharmaceuticals, food and energy. My role at FeyeCon USA is bringing the developed CO2 process to market for a particular application. I have worked with 3D modeling (including wire runs and harnesses in Autodesk Inventor), P&ID's, fabrication of equipment, HVAC, optimization, research and development, FEA analysis, design and testing. I have also been apart of design reviews and workshops, safety analysis, and DFMEA's.
