CurrentOversees the day to day for 5 NYC Health + Hospitals Privacy and Contracting activities. Privacy - Provides development guidance and manage the implementation and maintenance of organization information privacy policies and procedures . Conducts periodic privacy and security risk assessments, Overseas Privacy and Security training for 12,256 providers and employees. Overseas all privacy and security breach investigation and breach remediation. Work daily with legal counsel, Executive Administration to ensure well manage Privacy and Security program in compliance with OCR guidelines and Federal Laws. Contrasts - Ensure the contract procedures at each facility are in compliance with NYC Health + Hospitals operating procedures and annual contracts reviews are in compliance with all terms and condition, as well as a collaboration negotiation of terms and condition for contracts, MOU's and lease agreement with principle outside counsels and the office of Legal Affairs.
