Expanded role in all aspects of the system implementing Benefits Workstation. This included but not limited to writing design, technical specification, and user documents, configuration of the software, and unit testing my code changes.Day to day duties in the system included configuration of events, benefit costs and calculations, creating imports and exports for clients and carriers, and metadata screen configuration and design.

Converted clients from the old 4.0 software to the new 5.0 software of Benefits Workstation.Handled Client needs and demands, and traveled to client sites to train on how to use the software on a day to day basis
