Leads, coordinates and facilitates projects related to transportation electrification

In my role as a Fleet Coordinator, I manage 1000 unit, $100M vehicle and equipment asset pool and am a project lead in the delivery of $10M annual asset replacement program. Day to day fleet vehicle and equipment management includes working with end users and management to define business requirements, design, managing budget and timelines, procurement, and project delivery. I prepare blanket contract specifications for complex fleet procurement and consultant work. I serve as a subject matter expert on projects and policies in transportation, climate, and equity. Decreasing vehicle cost and carbon emissions are priority and I work hard to strategize with many stakeholders to deploy efficient, functional fleet solutions that provide value and cost savings to the utility.

The Green Fleet Advisor, Fleet Management Supervisor plans, organizes and directs the feet management program and the green fleet program, including acquisition, utilization, repair and replacement of the vehicle and equipment feet, heavy equipment and other associated machinery as well as electric vehicle charging infrastructure projects and maintenance. The Green Fleet Advisor, Fleet Management Supervisor also prepares, develops and manages the approved divisional operating budget, makes policy recommendations and establishes administrative procedures for all Utility transportation vehicles. The Green Fleet Advisor, Fleet Management Supervisor supervises technical and administrative staff and participates in the development of in-service training programs.

Developing and implementing programs and strategies to support emerging mobility management, focusing on autonomous and electric mobility technologies and opportunities.Partner in shaping the Citywide Automated Vehicle strategy and managing projects to develop local and regional an Automated Mobility Strategic Vision.Demonstrate a strong commitment to equity through creative approaches to addressing both immediate symptoms and structural causes of inequity, and review and design all programs and policies to create equitable outcomes.
