Design simple assemble fixtures and assemble tooling/aids and provide drafting related services to help document new or existing fixturing and tooling using ME10 software. Conceive and plan projects involving definition and selection of new concepts and approaches in the processing or development of new or improved processes. Review quality data daily and initiate improvement action plan. Responsible for reviewing product designs during the engineering design cycle for existing and new manufacturing practices.

Create, revise and check all project engineering drawings, specifications and bill of materials meeting constraints of design intent, budget and timeline. Draft existing parts and new parts, subassemblies and standard exhibits in AutoCAD 2000 and Mechanical Desktop. Estimate materials for exhibit projects and focus on value engineering, building process, safety and quick turnaround. Generate exhibit cabinet components with CNC fabrication files. Create project engineering digital web ready files with focus on the finish setup manual. Work closely and communicate with project team, management and engineering support team to insure quality and timely completion of project.
