Over the last 20 years I have established a successful track record of building and maintaining institutional client relationships, first for 17 years in Global Equity Markets (DB, Jefferies & BofA) and more recently in Digital Assets for nearly 3 years. My strong institutional crypto-native network is complemented by an even stronger banking and asset management network across continental Europe.Most recently, I became Founder & CEO, of CRS Advisory – a Business Development Advisory Firm. CRS, besides being my initials can also be interpreted as Crypto Relationship Services as well as Crypto Revenue Strategies, combining the three pillars that CRS focusses on: Cap intro for Asset Managers, Business Development for Exchanges/Platforms, optimised Treasury Management for Protocols.Over the past 18 months, I have transformed a newsletter into an institutional OTC desk at Uphold. This experience encompassed budgeting, establishing & evolving our value proposition, acquiring strategic partners both internally and externally, and most importantly developing a sales pipeline. I was involved in every step and discussion, making this the most valuable professional experience of my career.Switching my career focus to digital assets 3 years ago has reignited my enthusiasm and curiosity. I am (healthily) obsessed with digital assets and am passionate about driving institutional adoption & investments in this new asset class. This passion is best reflected in the desk we have built at Uphold Institutional, where I was one of its original employees and a key driver of its success.My experiences include running a team, launching products, and most of all driving sales.
