Principal, Senior Relationship Manager
Responsible for managing the overall relationship of a select number of large (up to five thousand lives and/or $500 million in assets) defined contribution clients. Duties included assisting those clients with corporate governance, strategic planning, benchmarking plan objectives, identification and management of risk, measuring client satisfaction, coordination of periodic service and performance reviews, and assisting internal sales associates with business development on new client pursuits. Primary responsibilities included overall profitability of the client relationship, including cross selling and up selling new products and services, and negotiation of new contracts and contract extensions.
