During this period of time, I have held many other tennis positions, including several leadership positions within the Guest Services Inc. tennis program. I continue to maintain employment with Guest Services Inc. on a part-time basis to continue to work with the clientele base I have established since I began with the organization.

As the first-ever Junior Tennis Director at Rock Creek, I established a 10 and Under ROG program that started with 0 kids and had more than 60 kids enrolled within 1 year. I was able to reach these numbers despite sharing the facility with the Washington Tennis and Education Foundation, and only being allotted a single court from 4-7p.m. during weekdays. I handled every aspect of the junior program to include outreach to parents, brochure/flyer design, setting up the program in the club management software system, purchasing the balls and equipment, and writing the program lesson plans for each session.I established the first ever Junior Summer Camp at the Pierce Mill Tennis Courts and worked jointly with the WTEF in their 10 and Under Summer Camp with Ellen Miller. I worked with the USTA to bring sanctioned MAS junior tournaments to Rock Creek. I also worked with the USTA to arrange for PlayDays to take place at the tennis center.

As the Director of Tennis, I created and ran a successful Adult Tennis Program that resulted in a 100% increase in student enrollment. I was also responsible for a $70,000.00 increase in lesson and clinic revenue from the previous year. I achieved these results by creating new program options designed to add maximal value to the existing program. I set up Adult clinics for all levels, arranged Social Mixers, set up Match Play programs, and established DC Rocks!; the first ever GWTA team to base it's home at the Rock Creek Tennis Center.

As the Assistant General Manager of the Rock Creek Tennis Center my duties were to oversee overall facility management. I managed the front desk staff, the pro shop, and a 25-tennis court facility (both Hard Court and Har-Tru. I prepared product sales reports, daily cash reports, prepared facility checklists, conducted monthly inventory inspections, handled customer inquiries, court scheduling, and provided content for Rock Creek social media. I was the first to establish the Rock Creek Facebook website and I was also the first Guest Services employee to bring sanctioned USTA tournaments to the Rock Creek Tennis Center. I was the tournament director for several high-level events at Rock Creek, and East Potomac Tennis Center.

I performed, managed and oversaw all aspects of a very successful tennis program. My primary duty as an Elkridge employee was to provide an amazing, enjoyable experience to all club members. As Head Racquets Professional, my primary duties were to carry out the directives of the Director of Racquets. My specific duties included creating new tennis programming, teaching group and private lessons, running team practices for interclub play, running summer camps, directing USTA sanctioned tournaments, training staff, maintaining the clay courts, driving pro shop sales, marketing and advertising, racquet stringing, and running all tennis events keeping to a specific budget and timetable.

In my role as a coach/mentor with MTEG I coached and trained tournament level children of all ages. I coached High Performance clinics with players who held Sectional and National rankings.I also traveled with several of the players and coached them in higher level tournaments and events such as the JTT Sectionals.
