Dealing with queries and complaints of tax credit claimants over the telephone I processed claims, calculated benefit amounts and gave advice to claimants about the complicated benefits system of the time.

My responsibilities included preparation of food in accordance with company procedures, maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene standards, plus maintenance of equipment in the kitchen.
