As the Sr. Technology Strategist will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture for a system and ensures the detailed design and development is aligned with the Enterprise. They will lead research and integration of how technologies can be applied to business opportunities. They will seek out and bring in market and customer centric input to defining road maps, business outcomes, and prototypes within Concordia Plans and its internal and external customers. They will partner with business and technology areas to formulate, assess and prioritize new solutions that enable our customers to engage how and when they want to.

As the Lead Solutions Architect I am responsible for the end-to-end architecture for systems and ensure the detailed design and development are aligned with the Enterprise.

New department that handles project management and business architecture development for major strategic initiatives for Concordia Plans.

Designed and implented Microsoft Access and Visual Basic based client incentive programs. Maintaing and supporting front end user interfaces as well as back end data.Implemented external client based incentive programs using in house CIMS for Windows application. This included all elements of the project life cycle.Assisted in the design and testing of custom e-mail blast software used to send bulk electronic mail for clients.Project Lead – Southern Market Region Year 2000 testing. Responsible for all testing and legal documentation of software used in the Southern Market Group.Technical Lead – VAULT Value Added Loyalty Technology System – 3 tier ASP\SQL based e-Commerce system. As a technical lead responsibilities included managing technical team, defining requirements, database architecture and handling external client expectations.
