Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Officer of the Deck (OOD) Instructor: Instructs Naval Officers ranging from Lieutenant Junior Grade (O2) through Captain (O6) in water jet shiphandling fundamentals to include docking and undocking, advanced target motion analysis using Predicted True Vector (PTV) radar aids, and emphasizes overall safe navigation.
