Qualifications- Over 10 years in the customer service/service industry field. Working in the sales field as well as restaurant experience from waiting tables to Managment. Have developed excellent Managment skills. Continuously developing myself by developing others. Positive and enthusiastic. Able to communicate well with all levels of Managment. My most recent experience has been with Carrabbas Italian grill from 02/2010- 05/2015. I began as a server and made my way up the Managment ladder. Primary duties include growth in sales & profits, maintaining a well balanced labor and cost, a rise within SMG and most importantly, development within my people. With my years with this company, I have done multiple grand openings, cross regional meetings for training and development. As well as training over 10 members of upper management including managers, partners, JVPs, VPs, & marketing directors. I am extremely thrilled to be joining the RA family soon and can not wait to be apart of the growth and development with this company!
