From the very beginning I was taught to overcome adversity in a fast paced work environment while setting personal goals for myself to keep moving forward in my learning process. I am constantly chasing the highest quality achievable while maintaining honest values and taking the utmost pride in the process it takes to attain the finest possible finished product.As a Team Lead at Singer Vehicle Design I have continued to hone my skills day by day while managing a team of 15 talented individuals with the common goal of producing the best cars on the planet. I deal directly with management, technicians, and peers to ensure a seamless production process despite occasionally facing issues with supply chain, tooling, and division of labor. With no formal education background listed, I rely on hands-on experience and a keen eye for detail to ensure that every Singer 911 reflects the pinnacle of craftsmanship cemented into Singers reputation.Our team's success stems from a culture of excellence and a collective commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards. By fostering collaboration with technicians and management, we not only keep the production schedule tight but also continually push the envelope in custom body and metal work.
