I am a self-starting and disciplined reliability engineer with a strong commitment and hands-on experience in utilizing reliability technologies to reduce failure rates, decrease maintenance time, and ensure continuous plant/facility operations. As a meticulous engineering professional, I had a chance to work in a variety of industries and settings, including plant operations, manufacturing facilities, HVAC systems for office buildings, rotating equipment, etc. From identifying sources of failure to providing predictive/preventive maintenance services, I have a diverse perspective and understanding of how to approach complex issues, resolve problems, and provide engineering support to maintain continuous operations and high efficiency. My reliability/maintenance skill set encompasses vibration analysis, motor circuit evaluation, infrared thermography, balancing, laser alignments, lubrication analysis, motion amplification, and ultrasonic leak detection. As a Reliability Engineer with Maintenance Technology International, I worked with multiple companies helping them reduce maintenance costs and optimize operations while ensuring mechanical integrity. Recognized as one of the most productive and profitable engineers based on personal work hours and clients served, I used to work unconventional hours and I am not afraid of dirty/hands-on opportunities. Having spent up to 150 in-field work hours per month, I am accustomed to the rigors of fast-paced, highly-regulated environments requiring sharp attention to detail, consummate accuracy, and outstanding communication skills.I am a solutions-driven and forward-thinking professional driven by challenge, undeterred by obstacles, and committed to furthering standards of excellence.
