Developed full spectrum of materials for DISH, Sling, OnTech, and Wireless brands in the Fortune 200 company's in-house agency. Collaborated with brand managers, managed large-scale design projects, led creative teams, with design focus on video-based storytelling through broadcast ads, interviews, presentations and explainers, including storyboarding.

Led art direction for social media, tripling organic engagement YoY (2018). Created scalable 360º national ad campaigns, boosting e-commerce sales by 57% through A/B testing. Designed hundreds of projects annually across web, UI/UX, email, display, and social media, managing overlapping timelines and production schedules.

Formed and managed a corporate production team creating customer-facing and B2B materials. Directed internal teams, agencies, designers, and retailers on integrated campaigns and brand strategy. Supervised external vendors, including photographers, copywriters, printers, and freelancers, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
