Responsible for creating and maintaining master and detailed plans for JWST’s Integrated Science Instrument Module (ISIM). Developed a completely integrated program schedule network, which includes Flight Software, Electronics, Science Instruments, Mechanical Development, and Integration & Tests. Trained and mentored fellow planners in scheduling software and planning philosophy. In addition, was also responsible for the planning for Infrared Multi Object Spectrometer (IRMOS), Inflatable Shield In Space (ISIS), and the NEXUS program.

Provided instrument scheduling and project management support for NASA Goddard Space Flight Center’s Mission Integration & Planning Division (MIPD) and Sub-Orbital Projects & Operations Directorate. Responsible for creating and maintaining master plans (using PERT and GANTT charts) in supporting the development and manufacture of complex spacecrafts and engineering/flight model instruments for the Instrument Branch (Code 740.3) and Spartan Project Offices (Code 860.G) including XDS, IRAC, GLAST, GLAS, Zephyr, HAWC, Spartan-251 and Spartan-401. Trained and managed the planning team’s two other planners in the operations of schedule production. Developed project plans with technical professionals and translated them into baseline schedules for performance measurement. Worked directly with mission/instrument managers and all subsystem leads to maintain schedules by structured work down methods. Evaluated the health of each schedule by updating and implementing critical path and "what-if" analyses.

Solely responsible for creating and maintaining master plans (using PERT and GANTT charts) in order to implement payload development, integration, and post-ship operations schedules for the Shuttle Small Payloads (SSPP) and Spartan Project Offices including Spartan-207 (IAE), TAS-01, IEH-02, SEM-01, SEM-02, Spartan LITE, SVF-01, and TEAMS. Provided the Goddard Space Flight Center Engineering Directorate with milestone charts of all current manifested and un-manifested SSPP payloads for the monthly Directorate Status Review. Involved with the planning and manifesting of payloads on shuttle missions as a member of the Flight Assignment Working Group (FAWG) and distributed a weekly report updating the status of the FAWG planning manifest. Generated and maintained a monthly mission profile of all current manifested, un-manifested, and potential SSPP payloads as well as the FAWG manifest and mission hardware, including beams, motorized door assemblies, avionics, and Multiple-Purpose Experiment Support Structures (MPESS’s). Responsible for updating the “Shuttle Small Payloads Flight Schedule” and the “Upcoming GAS Missions” web pages.
