Management Assistant is position which is responsible for day to day operations of the rental branch. Primary responsibilities are to maintain a sales and customer service culture that has led to an average of increase of $2000 additional revenue per month on optional products, an average increase of 9 percentage points added to customer service index score per month while stationed at individual locations with a single branch historic 86% level of customer satisfaction with the company average at 80%. Secondary functions included various management responsibilities including A/R and debt collections that resulted in a significant reduction in bad debt in each branch worked. Additionally, cash box and accounting maintenance and reconciliation were assigned to assist upper management during weekly and End-of-Month reporting. Also, marketing and business account development were self-generated on a month by month basis to close new accounts and to maintain and grow current accounts. Growth goals were determined through various asset management and forecasting inventory on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. This resulted in an average inventory growth of 3% per month. Other management duties included analysis of P & L to determine potential growth and cost saving areas with in the business and streamlining of various rental processes to maintain and improve the company's four core areas.
