With the Tumblr marketing, individuals post a photo of themselves with a sign that explains a situation that they have seen, or been in and shines the light on it. I am a voting chair representing the student association at SUNY Oswego. This committee makes plans for campus construction, the renovation of buildings and student areas, and overall proposes what the college should look like for the future of students to come.

As Director of Student Affairs, I manage four assistant directors who are in charge of health and safety, education, athletics, and greek affairs on the SUNY Oswego campus. I also head committees to better student life and involvement as well as set precedents in place to continue a successful student association. I declare to operate within a hierarchical system and keep the silos of information flowing with little to no interference.

While in this position I worked closely with the President, Chief of Staff, Director of Public Relations, Assistant Director of Public Relations, as well as some senators to plan and execute a 3 day conference for the Student Association of the SUNY System. Through these planning meetings we organized rooms, set up catering, created and produced advertising campaigns, as well as managed the event during the weekend.
