I have worked with Insurance companies my entire career. Early on, I managed a large personal injury firm and negotiated insurance claims for clients. In time I switched sides and was the managing director for an insurance defense firm. During this time I have worked closely with institutional insurance companies on the claims level, investigative level and executive level. Together with the principle partner and the carriers, we revolutionized the No Fault industry with law changing claims strategies, process and change management business solutions, as well as broadening my expertise in management and business development. I became a licensed real estate agent at the end of 2006. Educating myself in all aspects of real estate, I was fortunate enough to be given an opportunity to manage a large successful commercial real estate business. It was here that I was taught asset management, real estate sales, leasing, construction, project management and the importance of corporate relationships from principal executives and stakeholders to vendors.In 2009, with the property management and its strategies progression toward greater profitability, I began Roselli Business Consultants, Inc.. An outsource business management company, we specialize in start up and change management. The company began with a goal towards consulting existing clients to improve operations and processes as well as Project Management, HR, Document Solutions, Talent Management and Finance.With an eye towards continued profitability for our clients, in 2013 Roselli Brokerage Group, Inc. was formed. Providing sound insurance advice on varying Risks. Roselli Brokerage Group, Inc. has acquired Roselli Business Consultant's to form a Real Estate and Insurance Brokerage. We are able to manage, lease/sell and operate Commercial and residential real estate. As well as write commercial, personal and Life insurance policies across NY, NJ, PA, CT, FL, AL, TX, CO & MS
