In time I switched sides and was the managing director for an insurance defense firm. During this time I have worked closely with institutional insurance companies on the claims level, investigative level and executive level. Together with the principle partner and the carriers, we revolutionized the No Fault industry with law changing claims strategies, process and change management business solutions, as well as broadening my expertise in management and business development. I became a licensed real estate agent at the end of 2006. Educating myself in all aspects of real estate, I was fortunate enough to be given an opportunity to manage a large successful commercial real estate business. It was here that I was taught asset management, real estate sales, leasing, construction, project management and the importance of corporate relationships from principal executives and stakeholders to vendors.In 2009, with the property management and its strategies progression toward greater profitability, I began Roselli Business Consultants, Inc..
