With a diverse background in scouting, coaching, and operations, I excel in building strong relationships with front office executives, coaching staffs, and players at both the Major and Minor League levels.I am currently serving as the Assistant Baseball Coach at The University of Tampa, winners of the 2024 NCAA National Championship. In this role, I focus on player development, coaching, and strategic game planning, helping to shape the next generation of baseball talent.In addition, I serve as the Director of Baseball Operations at Volt Intelligence, a baseball AI company. Here, I lead the development of data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making and player development through advanced analytics and artificial intelligence.Earlier in my career, I spent three seasons as a professional catcher in the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim organization before transitioning to the Major League front office. During my time with the Washington, Seattle, and Houston organizations, I held advance and pro scouting roles while also contributing to various projects, including arbitration analysis and identifying free agent acquisition targets.I earned an MBA with a concentration in Management Information Systems from The University of Tampa, where I also received a B.S. in Finance. While at UT, I played for two NCAA National Champion baseball teams and earned First Team Academic All-American honors.My leadership experience extends beyond the field; I served as President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee at UT, acting as a liaison between student-athletes and administration and leading charitable initiatives supporting causes like underprivileged children, domestic violence awareness, and drunk driving prevention.
