Currently a wet process operator for the manufacture of powdered baby formula. Current tasks are as follows:Addition of minerals, vitamins, and fish oils to bulk product mix.Addition of monoglycerides and other vitamins to bulk oil mix.Setup, operation, and monitoring of CIP of all hardware in the wet processing area.Use of SCADA computer systems to automatically control bulk product transfer from mixing tanks to HTST and UHT heat treatment systems.Manually controls connections for transfer of product from holding tanks to dryer floor.Receiving oil tankers, transferring contents to long term oil storage.Proficient in GDP and GMP for the manufacturing of infant formula.Previous work experience as a CNC Setup/Operator with approximately 4 years across a variety of machine types such as; Star Swiss Lathes, Sodick Wire EDM, and HAAS Milling Centers.Experience includes setting up, changing, and maintaining tooling. Setting work fixturing and offsets. Basic machine maintenance for operation center cleanliness and longevity. Basic G-Code literacy with ability to add or modify simple tool paths. Entry level experience with CAD programming in Fusion 360. 4 years experience with a number of different materials including steel, copper, aluminum, brass, titanium, and nickel super alloys.
