Responsible for collecting on the companies outstanding invoices for the various services we provide which include Guidance Resource, FMLA, and Counseling. With over 1000 clients i’m responsible to make sure that the initial billing is completed properly and presented to our clients in a timely manner, make adjustments as needed, and to obtain payment based off their agreed terms.Other responsibilities include providing clients with Schedule A forms, Completing Bankruptcy Claims, Account Reconciliations, and submitting invoices to various portals that include Ariba,Coupa,Taulia,Tungsten, and IPP(Government portal)

I work with over 350 customers in efforts of keeping their balances current on a monthly basis which consist of a portfolio of around 4 - 7 million monthly in revolving revenue. I'm also responsible for auditing these accounts along with processing and filing lien and bond claims to protect our revenues. I also work with the sales tax department to monitor customers who are sales tax exempt
